Wolf Attack!

Help! I knew I never should have trusted that Mr. Wolfe! After all, he's a wolf! He's gone and killed and eaten poor old James! The wolf, he'll kill us all!
I saw him sneak up on James's hay house, and make an awful groaning, hoarse, squeaking sound and huffed and puffed the house down! James crawled out of the rubble and tried to run away, but it was too late! He was devoured alive and raw!
I'm going to reinforce the house with extra sticks, and board up the door. Hopefully, it won't be blown down.

To be continued...

Meeting the Neighbor

Turns out we have only on neighbor. His name is B.B. Wolfe. He lives in a log cabin about a mile down the road. The cabin seems rather puny compared to our mansions, but I didn't mention it.
I took the time today to get in my car and visit him for lunch. He's a large, gray wolf, in case you were wondering. The large sandwiches he made for us tasted and smelt slightly... odd. That's all I can say... odd. I think it was venison or some other meat. He seemed nice enough. I'll ask my brothers to visit him sometime.

My New home!

Well, Construction on my new house is complete! I shall move in from our mother's home today.

A few hours Later

My house of sticks is great! It is like a huge mansion, except all the walls and furniture are- you guessed it, sticks! I love the rough, interesting texture of the sticks, and the fresh, woody smell. In the back is a wallowing hole, and my dinner table has troughs for 20 guests.
John's hay house is almost as big as mine, but a lot less sturdy. I swear that, while I was visiting him I could have made it collapse just by leaning on the wall! Also, he doesn't have a bed like me, but just a pile of straw. To be fair, it's pretty comfy.
James' house is made of bricks. It's definitely almost indestructable, but also cold and hard. I don't want to know what it's like to sleep in a brick bed.
Our houses are along a road in the forest. Others live about half a mile down the road. Tomorrow I shall visit the neighbors. Today, I am too exhausted...

New House

My bothers and I are planning to move to the West. I am going to build my new house out of ... sticks. I like the way they look, and how sturdy and incredibly strong they are. Unlike John! He's building his house (which is down the road from mine) out of hay! He's so foolish, but we're helping.

I have inherited!

Great news! Uncle Oinker has just died! My brothers James and John and I have inherited thousands of dollars! We hope to settle down somewhere and build our own houses. Our mother bids us farewell.
